We first caught wind of Cal Scruby early last month while listening to our “Discover” playlist on Spotify. His lyrically driven record #Monkeybars featuring Eazy Mac was a fast-paced hit that fought our attention enough to make us stop what we were ding and look down at our phone to see who the f*ck was spittin’ some exceptional bars. It was then that our love for Cal Scruby was born.
Fast forward to today, and we decided to check out Cal’s Youtube to see what he’s been working on. To our surprise and pleasure, he had just released a new record entitled “DIVISION” that popped off just as hard as our first impression of the Cincinnati, Ohio-based rapper.
“DIVISION” will capture your attention with some heavy 808’s on the beat. Cal’s lyricism is consistent, ingenious, and downright dope! His undeniable flow is out of this world and will leave your head spinning after you give this song a full listen-through!
