This song/music video was released in 2018, and from what I can tell by the YouTube views alone, it seems to have gone pretty viral. I mean, it’s 6lack and J. Cole, so no surprise there, right? For the first time yesterday, I just heard this song while taking a cruise up to Mt.Charleston and fell in love with the vibes instantly. Although this song is old, I figured I would go ahead and share it with those who, like me, had not heard it yet.
“Pretty Little Fears” features a mellow vibe on the beat that honestly reminds me of Lykke Li’s “Little Bit” song. It was honestly that vibe that captured my attention. As the song plays out, we are introduced to some amazing verses from 6lack. His cool, easy-going flow is excellently served up and topped off by a cool hook.
