We don’t know much about British singer and songwriter RAYE, but we know that as soon as we heard the chorus to her latest single, “Black Mascara,” we were completely hooked!
“Black Mascara” features a mysterious energy that will pull you in with every passing beat. RAYE’s lyricism is sultry and infectious and will leave a lasting impression on any listener when the song is said and done. While the entire record is unique, it’s the chorus that will leave a ring in your head for days and have you hitting replay over and over again.
This isn’t our first impression of RAYE on Rage Robot, and you can certainly bet it won’t be our last. We’ll be sure to keep our ears out for any new music from her in the future, but for now, we’ll be rocking out to “Black Mascara” for a whole minute!
