As always I was listening to my latest Spotify mixes and was pleasantly introduced to the musical stylings of L Devine. An English singer and songwriter who is signed to Warner Bros. I was an instant fan as soon as I heard her new single and for good reason, the song is quite literally amazing.
“Don’t Say It” features an upbeat pop-inspired beat that is masterfully produced from beginning to end. The beat proves to be the perfect compliment to L Devines’ confident vocals making for an all-out hit when all is said and done. The production on the vocals proves to be very interesting as they are chopped up throughout the song. Pair that musical direction with the hook and you have a record you won’t soon forget!
This is our first impression of L Devine we have had on Rage Robot but I have no doubt it won’t be our last. We’ll be on the lookout for new music From L but for now, we’ll be rocking out to “Don’t Say It” for a good long while.
