Every once in awhile I come across a song that stops me in my tracks and really demands my attention. Today “Life” by Maejor, Sofia Reyes, and Alonzo did just that, and for good reason… It’s amazing!
“Life” will capture your attention right from the jump with a familiar verse on the hook. The song shines new light on Dido‘s hook from EMINEM‘s “Stan” hit and compliments it to no end with a solid mellow beat. The track is layered with a fast passed drum sequence that really takes the record to a whole new level!
Maejor starts things off in a big way with a solid verse that sets the tone for the entire track! Sofia Reyes delivers a beautiful verse in Spanish adding to the depth of the record and giving it that little something extra Sofia always delivers in each and every track she is on. Alonzo wraps up the song with a verse in French that demands attention. his lyrasism is bold, confident and will ring in your head for days once the song ends.
I think I have just found my new favorite song. “Life” is soft but energetic, cool without even trying, and for lack of a better description just plain awesome! Hit the play button and get ready to hit repeat over and over again! “Life” is a whole vibe!
