While on a deep dive search for music yesterday, I came across Vancouver, Canada-based duo Mount Pleasant and their ambient remix to Transvoilet‘s 2018 hit record “Longshot.”
I checked out the original version of this song, and I admit I am a huge fan of it. What’s cool about Mount Pleasant’s remix to the easy going vibe is that they dont completely change the record. Instead, they add a wildly complementary backbeat mix with subtle synths to breathe a new life into the song.
The vocals on his track will capture your attention as soon as they pick up. Theirs a draw to the melody that will ring in your head for days making for an unforgettable song when all is said and done!
Long story short, I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS SONG!
