On any given day, you can find our team scouring the interwebs for the latest and greatest songs to share with you, our beautiful readers. Some days we strikeout, and on some days, like today, we hit a homerun and stumble across a song that knocks us off our feet and has to be shared with the world (you, our listeners, cause you’re our world)!
“Turn It Around” by Modern Original is a psych/pop hit that will capture your attention right from the jump with an almost reggae/alt-rock infused sound on the track. The song is high energy from beginning to end and held down like no other by some of the best vocals we’ve heard all week. The record is unique, cool and will keep you on your toes with some solid change-ups and an unforgettable chorus that will ring in your head for days!
Modern Original is made up of Andy Warren and Joshua Hogan (formerly of The Mowgli’s). The duo has spent the entire lockdown writing music and developing a solid sound; they are ready to debut and, we gotta say we’re 100% here for it!
